We determined high-risk oncogenic (hrHPV) low-risk non-oncogenic (lrHPV) using real-time PCR Next-Generation Sequencing. used multinomial logistic regression to determine ratios (PRs) different sociodemographic, clinical, behavioural predictors hrHPV lrHPV. Multivariable models adjusted for age, sex, CD4 count duration ART. Results: Of 582 enrolled, median was 40 (IQR: 34–46) 54% male. More than a fourth (25.8%) had multiple sexual partners 11% given sex. Median counts 510 cells/mm3 338–700). The 4.5% lrHPV 3.4%. Of those hrHPV, 77% HPV16. There significant associations any both analyses. Conclusions: found (hrHPV lrHPV) be 7.9% India. Larger studies required better understand factors Indian PLHIV.
